Engineer discovered that it was the treshhold that had come lose from door causing door to not lock properly. Engineer refitted part with new holes and screws.

Engineer refitted style to the edge of the door and secured cross batons to the frame of the door.

Engineer waited nearly an hour to survey site and recieve authorisation to change relative locks. Engineer change several locks due to change of ownership. In total, he changed six euro cylinders and one shackel padlock.

"Engineer was quick to site and replaced all locks whilst onsite even though there was a lot of confusion."
